Brew Class Scheduled for May 3rd

I bottled Jeb's ESB tonightand i really like the flat brew...its "to me" a redhook clone....I p;ut a little carbed beer over it and drank another half glass ...i'm doing this one again...{ again i sure hope after carb its as good as i think } Jeff AGAIN!!

i thought the class went well. i keep learning more everytime i hang out with "Mashers". i also think Jeff explained it well, and made it seem easy enough i could take a swing at it on my own.

Well I had to new guys and two known faces last nite..the ESB Strong brew went good but as always my hop timing was not as planned..seems to be regular...this morning there was 2 inches of great looking tight krausen...looks just like a good beer head..is the krausen normaly larger bubbles?? I normaly use bukets so I dont get to see the foaming..If it tastes as good as the wort it'll be great..i had effiancy planned at 70% and a 1.055 but turned out 1.060..will dry hop with fuggles..Jeff

Thats the problem Randi just cant put a name to him..but i'm sure he will get a hold of me{well i hope so} Most of the time when i'm in front of the person i can remember there name..Jeff
