| We were considering one of our past club favorites to brew again. Possibly the Scotch or Imperial Stout. However, we figured we may want to discuss it briefly on Tuesday as well. Any suggestions posted in the thread are appreciated as well, though! | |

| Well we just can't miss out on National Homebrew Day! So, we've decided to host a brew at our home the first Saturday of May. This may be the biggest homebrew event in the world. Last year more than 5,000 people celebrated National Homebrew Day brewing over 13,000 gallons at 342 sites on six continents worldwide. This year we will contribute to that number. As registered site #541, the mashers will join in the festivities of brewing and toasting National Homebrew Day. | |
