I had a customer that just bought a pound of DME to add to his recipe...he asked how much alcohol it would add ...i told him close to a percent..after looking in beer smith it seems about .75+ for a 5 gallon batch.. sound right? I think I need to change my Forum Name Eh? suggestions...Jeff
