Mash: Add 19.81 qt of water at 166.4 F
40 min - Hold mash at 151.0 F for 40 min
2 min Sparge: Add 14.30 qt of water at 196.5 F
20 min - Hold mash at 168.0 F for 20 min
60 min 2.48 oz Chinook [13.00 %] (60 min) Hops
15 min 2.20 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (15 min) Hops
15 min 1.10 items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 min) Misc
then theres the dry hops also......
