Recipe request - Lemon Hefeweizen from Oktoberfest

This is for All Grain.
Grains & Adjuncts

6.25 lbs Briess 2-Row Pale Ale Malt
4.00 lbs Rahr White Wheat
1.00 lbs Weyermann Vienna Malt

0.25 ozs Sorachi Ace 20 mins
0.25 ozs Motueka 20 mins
0.25 ozs Sorachi Ace 5 mins


1.0 pkg Hefeweizen IV Ale White Labs 0380

1.00 tsp Irish Moss 15 mins Boil
0.50 each Lime Zest 15 mins Boil

Add Bottle of Limeade 24 hours after fementation starts

This yeast ferments violently, so I always use a blowoff tube for the first few days. For extract I have always had better luck with the Breiss Wheat Extract from Midwest.

6 Pounds Wheat LME
2 Pound Light DME
1.00 lbs 2 Row
1.00 lbs Rahr White Wheat
1.00 lbs Weyermann Vienna Malt

Mash the grains in a bag at 152 for an hour, rinse the bag with additional Quart of hot water. I am thinking you may want to increast your hops weights if doing a partial boil, esepecially the Sorachi Ace as that is where alot of the Lemon flavor comes from, I am not 100% sure on that so somebody else please chime in.

My folks wanted to try a hefeweizen, so I thought I'd attempt the lemon hefe that was at Oktoberfest. Who brewed that? More important, can I get the recipe?
