Turns out my wife has an extract recipe she want me to try. Off the top of my head, it was light extract, grade B maple syrup, and a can of pie filling.

I'm thinking of doing a 2.5 gallon batch - is it pretty straightforward to scale recipes? Just half of everything for a half batch, right?
