Subject: Using Siberian Apricot in beer or for wine
Thu Nov 10, 2011 10:30 pm
Hi,
I'm looking ahead to next summer and access to fruit from a Siberian Apricot.
http://www.fruitipedia.com/siberian_apricot_prunus_sibrica.htm
Any local experience using this small fruit as a flavoring for beer or for making a fruit wine?
Thanks,
Ted
