Not in the least. I have quite a few grand plans, much of which remain "plans". Yeah, you can't beat the smell of malted barley in the morning. You could steep some in some hot water for a nice "wort tea". That's one of my most favorite parts of the brew day... sampling hot wort.

Winter hours i start at 9 till 6 every day cept Sunday which I'm normally open noon to 3 except this and next Sunday to get tax prep done...I just love the smeel of all that barley in the back.uummmm. I want to get out samples of each in a cup or something to see and taste a kernell and then a sheet on each ...but i usually never get everything i want done..Am i alone on that one?Jeff

This is exciting! I'll be stopping over sometime. What are your store hours? I pick my boy up from school that is near Raging Rivers so it's sort of on the way.

Thanks for the offer i hate to ask but I'm working on it now and i'm sure i will be here a little later tonite to try and get items out and displayed..
