I think that's a swell idea Mike.

I buy mostly bulk, so it'd be great to have a backup if I run out of something.

I would be interested in doing so and would be willing to in the near future as I am running low on base malt.

Thanks for the offer Mike

On the negative side, it may impact the only other non-mail order supplier in the area.

On the positive side, it would be a fun and maybe less expensive way for locals to pick up a limited selection of the items you use for your (fantastic) beers.

Two ideas:

1. You could create your own all grain knockoff kits and potentially offer an extract version. The ripple effects could be very positive.

2. You could consider letting the club order bulk quantities of items you don't use in your brews. Club members would co-op and add an order of a 50# bag off ABC to your pallet load of XYX.

Have a great New Year!

Ted

I would be primarily interested in bulk base malts. I don't get to the city much and shipping a single bag doesn't save you a whole lot.

I would be interested in it. I brew mostly IPA's so that should work for me.

Curious if members would be interested in buying supplies from the brewpub. As part of our license, we are able to sell ingredients, etc. Not sure there is enough demand for this, and we may just do the things we keep in stock regularly, but just wanted to open it up for discussion. Hope the new year is treating everyone well! Cheers!
