I was going to suggest room-temp as well. The research I've seen suggests that yeast reproduce best around room temperature.

Throw some oxygen and yeast nutrient (Jeff has some at the shop, it's fairly cheap and great for your yeast) at them and watch your yeast bastards multiply.

room temp, give it a little o2 and the yeast should mostly replicate. i would not exceed 72 though.
