I finally got my Rye and Denny's favorite 50 yeast so i can make my Denny Con's Rye IPA...
.. Now in BeerSmith it lists Wheat Flakes instead .. but i think i am sticking to this..i do have the 1272 yeast alslo but many said the fav 50 [same as the brew teck]works real good...and i think i will bump it to be 5.5 gallons or even 6..
