Oktoberfest Help and Things

I have a gas grill I can bring.
I will be brewing so someone else needs to cook.

Grilling, I can help out with grilling and serving some too. I will likely be out hunting in the morning and plan on being there around noon or so. I have a charcoal grill as a last resort if we don't get a propane one.

Austin has a bunch of stuff for the holidays. If we end up with the taps we can bulk buy and get free shipping on the kit.

That would be great! I actually put the question of "Will you be watching the brew demo?" in the ticket sales form and of the 70 tickets sold, 30 people want to watch the demo.

Here it is, this is what we'll need help with for Oktoberfest. Of coarse we'll need lots of servers. Servers work in 2 hour shifts. You can serve and take on another task if you want or you can serve then spend the rest of the time mingling. Another large group will be needed for both set up and clean up. You can sign up for those jobs when you fill out the beer entry form.

Odd jobs we need volunteers for:
Ice delivery - Ivan
Bun order and delivery
Brew demonstrators (All Grain brew) - Todd & Mike T
Grillers
Ticket takers/ID checkers
Photographers

Equipment Needed:
Grill
Loud stereo with mic jack
Brew equipment for demo - Todd & Mike T
