Beer of the Month Club

These two both appear to have the same beers every month

The second has a list going back many months that show their selections. Of their selections, my vote would be for the rare package which seems to have a good mix of rare us beers and rare Belgian and European beers. The variety package they offer doesn't look bad either but sometimes it does include offerings that we can get locally. My though is if we do this lets try getting something that we would otherwise probably never get to taste.

The others didn't have a list tht I could find going back to show the history of what they have sent out, which I find kind of sketchy. I'd hate to pay and have them send us some swill.

I think it is a tremendous idea. We should join all of them!

If you were at the January meeting, you know we are tossing around the idea of doing a Beer of the Month club for the Masher Meetings. Obviously we want to find something that has enough for everyone to try, and beers that we can't get around here. There are a TON of these clubs out there. So this is our research area.

If you know of or have experience with any Beer of the Month clubs, please post here. We'll compile all the information, types of beer, price, amount, etc, and make a decision from there.
