Meeting Reminder: 10/2/12

Just a quick reminder that we will be meeting tomorrow night (October 2nd), 7pm, at Ivan's (3804 Bayshore Bend, Mandan). With Oktoberfest just around the corner, it'll be good to meet, take a break, and enjoy some brews before the big day. Please, turn in your ticket stubs and payments at this meeting.

We collected a few unsold tickets yesterday, but they only put a dent in our waiting list for tickets, so I'm assuming we are completely sold out for this year. Good job everyone! It was a lot of fun meeting with folks each week as tickets sold! I'm very grateful for the time you take out of your schedule to help.

We will still be needing help with setup, cleanup, and all that fun stuff. The volunteer list will be posted on the forum tonight with jobs. If there's anything in particular you want to do or don't want to do, please email randiphilleo@gmail.com. We've also started a list for Oktoberfest needs, please take a look and see if there's anything you have to help us out. There's already been a few replies helping us out, Thank you!
