Yesterday I made fudge for the first time. Scorched the 'H' out of the bottom of the pan, couldn't even scrape it off with a metal spatula. Today after a one hour soak in PBW, it lifted right off! Love this stuff!
The fudge is edible, but nothing like my wife's. Live and learn.
