I know its early but we should be thinking about brewing Octoberfest soon!

Well, we could always vote on any recipes our members want to propose. That, or we can make our own club-collaboration recipe and any members who want to donate their own Oktoberfest can do that as well.

I agree, I came up with an oktoberfest recipe that I've been dying to try. Sounds very good to me, especially since that is one of my favorite styles.

It's not too late for a Julibock, heh. But yeah, we should probably plan to brew nice, solid double batch of club Oktoberfest so we have plenty on tap for the event. Maybe this one will prove to be more popular than offerings in times past. Somehow I'd imagine a smooth, malty Oktoberfest would go over well with the local crowd. Either way, a good 5-6 month lagering period can only help.
