The brew went great with no problems, but I didn't snap any pictures. The grapefruit ipa has a great fermentation going on right now. I used a little bit of the orange blossom honey to try to offset any tartness that the grapefuit might produce. I plan on adding the grapefruit at the end of the fermentation when I dry hop. I'm also going to use a couple blood oranges and hopefully the heavy pigment of the blood oranges and the grapefuit will give it a nice pink color to compliment the aroma and flavor.
Wow, great description, I bet this beer will look as good as it tastes. I can't wait to try it!
