| It was great to have you all over. The Schwarz is bubbling nicely at 55 degrees and the Biel Beer is going great as well - smells pleasantly of caramel, licorice (a bit) and hop aroma in the fermenter. They all seem to be winners! | |

| Come over for the brewing of the club Schwartz beer this Saturday!The brewing starts at 10am and goes till its all brewed (3 to 4 hours). It might even be nice enough to break out the grill for lunch. So if you want to bring something to throw on the grill, I'll provide buns. We're not on the map yet, so I added us in. We live in Lincoln. If you have any questions please call 425-2449.
