I purchased all of my hardware to convert my keg from www.brewhardware.com. He has all the kits and good instructions on getting everything installed properly.

Is it hard to convert a 16 gallon keg to a brew pot. I want to drill a hole for a spout and themoiter. What do I do to seal the holes?
