New shirts!

Did everyone get their shirt orders in? I've got a day to amend it if need be.

We're not doing too bad finance wise. I always keep the cashbox and checking account up to date in the Member Resources. It helps me keep things straight too

... Anyways I think the club can cover enough to keep the shirts at $25. Hopefully that helps a bit. That's about what a plain Stain Resistant Dickies goes for.

I did hear back from the supplier and we can have a variety of colors printed on. So if you know how you'd like your shirt please fill out the online order form. I will have an order form at the Tuesday meeting as well.

I am unsure what our club funds stand at, but would only make this proposal if it was sound fiscally for the club. I know there have been times when the club was looking to spend more money. That was before the masherhaus...

Good question, I'll ask to see if we can each pick our own color shirts. The votes for which design are really close. I'd throw my vote in for #1. I think it's good to keep the "wings" in there as Mike F said.

I'll crunch some numbers on the shirts to see if the club could pull a discount off of them. Keep in mind that we have a few months rent yet before we refuel funds and even though the rental for Oktoberfest is already paid for, we'll still need cash for food and supplies costs.

I like the logo on the shirt 1, gotta love the MR with wings, and I like the look of the shirt in the second graphic. I would prefer a blue/grey, or petrol blue, whatever the 3 shirt in the first column is... black is going to be way hot during any events. I'm not sure if we can each pick our own color or not.

Good work Randi! Have we considered having the club chip in on the price of the shirts? Club could pay $10, members pay $20? Might be a good way to sell more shirts, and spend some club cash. Just a thought.

I asked because I have work shirts like that style. Some are embroidered and some are screen printed and I prefer screenprinted ones.

That is true. The patches would be pretty reasonable, if we went that route. They'd be $5 a piece and you could put them on whatever you like.

Okay, I just heard back from my 'supplier' and as much as I hate to throw a wrench into our terrific progress here, we have another option. Back printing!!!

So here's what I've found; we can order the shirt below, in whichever color we choose with a front pocket logo for member cost of $30. OR we could get the front pocket logo PLUS something printed on the backs of these shirts for member cost of $35 a shirt. Could be anything... could be the emblem, could just be words... thoughts???

They are a more expensive than the t-shirts, but I think they're pretty high quality. Is this cost too high for you?? If this is something we decide to do, I'll probably take orders since they are a little more expensive, and we don't want club funds tied up in shirt sales for too long.

Shirt #2 is ideal - the logo fits the cut of the shirt better, IMO.

Hey folks, I was eying up our inventory last night and we need to order more shirts. We've got 1 t-shirt left. Now we can do another color t-shirt with the other logo (the crest) .... or... We could go the route of the brewer workshirt. I know a couple places have been selling these stain resistant Dickies. Check out the one on Northern Brewer.

The workshirts would look really cool for events like the Oktoberfest, but they'd probably cost a little more too. Let me know what you think and I can get some quotes. I put together a couple mock ups just for visual help.
