I'm pretty jealous about the Abrasive on Tap... I brewed Feast Like a Sultan IPA Christmas Day...

I got a James Page sampler 12 pack from my brother in law while at the Mother-in-laws in the Twin Cities for the holiday, toured Surly on Christmas Eve, had Surly Abrasive on tap when out for Thai food, all while reading "Tasting Beer" by Randy Mosher during my down time.

my kids had the haul the year, but that is how it should be.

i made out very well this year too. i got a bunch of back issues of BYO i had asked for. and 3 books "How to brew" by John Palmer, "Brewing classic styles" by Jamil Zainashef and John palmer, and "Yeast" by Jamil and Chris White (white Labs). So i have been reading a lot the past few days.
