Craft Beer Week Event

Everything worked great! Those perlicks were awesome. We didn't even finish the 1st 5lb co2 . I'll be bringing your stuff by tomorrow if that works for you. I need to get it all cleaned. As far as the blueberry wheat goes. It was very milky to begin with, mostly because of being shaken up on the drive over. After the first gallon or so, it poured more appropriately. There's a lot of yeast in that beer because of the style and lack of filtering. Thanks again for your help. Couldn't have done it without you!

Mike for the new lines i made i used 1/4" instead of the 3/16 for the beer line do you think the taps worked good with that combo?? Jeff

sorry i couldnt stay long as we had 90 ton of gravel to spread on our community road..But i did enjoy the beer and the brats..I do have a question..the blueberry wheat had a very milky color is that planned or just from the extract? Jeff

Thanks! We're going to road trip west, hopefully hit up some nice brewery's in SD, WY, and MT. Mike's never been any farther west than Medora so there's lots out there for him to see.

Help me celebrate Craft Beer Week on May 19th! I will be serving 4 or 5 craft beers. The line up is: Black Shox Porter, HammerHead Red, Flipswitch IPA, a new Pale Ale that doesn't have a name yet, and 2 wheat beers: one blueberry, and one cherry. I have tickets for sale. All the beer you can drink, and brats you can eat - $25 each or 2 for $40. Sertoma Civic Auditorium, Sertoma Park 5-8pm.
