Since theres a lack of recipes for all the secret brews we taste and like...heres the one that seemed liked at the Amvets
1.5 pounds 2-row Malt
1/2 pound Vienna Malt
1/2 pound Pilsner
1 pound Cara Pils Malt
5 lbs Extra Pale Briess LME
1 oz Newpot Hops{never seen them before}60 minutes
1oz Ahtanum 15minutes
1oz Ahtanum 5 minutes
Then 1oz at rack of Amarillo
one pack of Wyeast #1056 American Ale or safe-ale us-05
I used the Brew in a bag method and it works awsome if done right as i always surpass the estimated gravity...this is what i am going to show at the class on the 19th..easy to do on a range with two good pots.. I can make this one up here for anyone..later Jeff
