Mashing and hard boiled eggs? Empty

Hi, I just listened to one of my favorite cooking podcasts, Splendid Table, and there was an interview with a test kitchen cook about cooking eggs at different temperatures;

When the interview was over, the first thing I thought of was to place raw eggs gently into my single infusion mash before closing the lid on the cooler for an hour.

Anyone have experience or comments on cooking while you mash?
