i am planning on using a whole pig this time for the pit ...i just need to find some good wood. like cherry and misquet and good oak pallets for the burn...the pig i figure about 150 pounds and should get about 45% meat from it..i think i have been watching to many home and garden shows ..so if it interests any members for me to host a meeting but only on a saturday or sunday at start of summer let me know..and i dont want to save to much for myself, if anybody wants some of the left overs that would be good..and also the rest of the food we could all bring something that complements the meat....jeff
