The Science of Brewing at BSC

I had every intention of going but sadly something came up and I had to change my plans at the last minute. Glad to see that some members were able to attend and do the meet and greet at the walrus.

Glad to hear a few could make it. I wasn't feeling well enough to go last night, but I did get to chance to meet him on Tuesday.

He's a nice man. I hope that someday I can say I've been brewing for 60 years.

i was supprised at how few Mashers were at this event. maybe you guys met with him at the walrus.

frankly is was pretty basic, nothing most homebrewers don't already know. might have been a bit more technical but it was not a must see.

We could always meet up afterwards with beer.

I am going to attend. I think BSC is a dry campis so no go on bring beer bud

Marked it on the calender, I plan on attending. If any other mashers are planning on attending may I suggest we all meet at the walrus for a good brew before we go expand our knowledge of brewing.

I didn't see anything on the flyer but do you know what their policy is on bringing beer?
