anyone have any 1056

I didn't like the esters it imparts if you are in a rush. The 1056 is a much cleaner yeast throughout the fermentation process, and needs little clean up at the end.

i find denny's to have a drier finish, however i do like it in a few of my beers.

Ran into the same problem last week and brewed with some Denny's Fav from Jeff. I did not like it as an alternative, but I guess it got the job done. Sorry, if I had any, I'd give it to you.
