F.B.I. Brewed this weekend

I tried something a little different with my oranges. I'm anxious to see what happens during the fermantaion. I also thought I'd give Nottingham a try again since this is what I used 3 out of the 4 times I made it. I have been burned with it a few time but definately not this time. During the rehydration it was foaming out of the glass & now the airlock is firing like a machine gun! Not to mention when I got home after work it smelled like yeast as soon as I opened the door. So I may have got some faith back in the Nottingham.
