i vote for an imperial stout for the club! no reason really why other than they cost a bloody fortune, and you guys have to have a tasty recipe! maybe night stalker, or nogne clone or something.

i did 10 gallons last weekend and going to brew 10gall of my Hartirillo ale this weekend...

I have 10 gallons in the fermentors right now & 5 more goin in this weekend

Well, I think we'll have to discuss what the club wants to do at the next meeting. We'll probably just have to take some suggestions and vote at that meeting. The other style is up to the raffle winner.

Yes 10AM would be good....and are they going to be 10 gallon or 5? and i think we should start with a 15 minute class on explenations on different ways and how to start ect...while the water is getting hot...and i have the grill here..What styles do you have in mind?? Jeff

Well, the club will need to do one for them and we'll need the second batch for our raffle winner. Shall we start at 10? I can bring the brats and makings if you've got the grill!

Oh cool ...i will put up a poster unless you have one ...ther have been at least 8 or 10 asling when a class is....and yes we can do 2 batches...and is this for someone? or should i plan one for me or or one for the club or if we do 10 gallon batches then what and depending on 5 or 10 gallon we could start morning or afternoon...feed me !! I'm hoping to brew my Scotch sometime this weekend. Depending on yard work and all that other fun stuff.

At least we've got 'National Learn How to Homebrew Day' coming up on Nov 6th. What time would you like to start at Jeff? Think we can do 2 batches at the store?

I cant believe no ones brewing...i know i took 5 weeks off to build my sculpture but i used it right away...is Dennis the only other masher brewing????? maybe we should have a definition of what a Masher is..and a mini masher and little masher and wee masher, eh?? then under our logins it has a nickname for us.. Now im just trying to rile up some brews here not make fu{well a little maybe} its fall and we have have five months to get our 125 gallons each brewed for summer......Jeff
