I'll typically rouse the yeast in the bottles after a day or two of conditioning to make sure the yeast has gone into suspension and isn't just sitting on the bottom of the bottle.

If I'm tryin' to get 'em carbonated quickly I'll put the bottles in a warm place (70-75ยบ F) and give the bottles a quick shake once every day.

i bottled the amber.

it tasted really good to me. i can't wait to get your opinions.

i used tabs to carbonate, anyone else used them? this was the first time i had. says it will be carbonated in 5 days, that would be the fastest if so. just want to here from you guys if that is true or will i just have to bite the bullet and taste test? you know take one for the team if you will! cheers

ok, looks like the yeast is finishing its work, will be bottling of saturday! i can't wait to steal another taste! wish i were able to keg it right away, but i am a few years away from commiting to the keg process! my next house i will design it right into the house, already designed the beer and wine cellar. i could go on and on about how i have designed that house, and how well i am going to brew and serve beer there!

any way the bootling is this weekend, and we find out if i paid enough attention to mike and jeff on the whole beer making process to do my brown i should have all the ingredients by friday! hope to brew it up monday night, we will see, maybe the brother inlaw will join me!

it is going like crazy still and this is day six! this morning bubles were still only 3 seconds apart!

yeah it smells great! it will be a shame to have to wait an extra 2-3 weeks to taste, will bottle any where from the 2-5 of july, when i can fit it in!
