Nice choice. Always good to see the classes coming - I'd be there except I might have to brew Randi's brown ale or a Belgian Oud Bruin for myself.

Tonight i am doing class on Tuesday as a few requested...i am changing my mind again on the brew recipe....here it is
ahould be 103 IBU's i did cut back a little.

1 Pkgs London Ale (Wyeast Labs #1028) [Starter 125 ml] Yeast-Ale

-- Prepare Ingredients for Mash
Amount Item Type
14 lbs 4.8 oz Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain
13.3 oz Wheat - White Malt (Briess) (2.3 SRM) Grain
8.8 oz Caramel Malt - 120L (Briess) (120.0 SRM) Grain

2 min Mash Ingredients
Mash: Add 19.81 qt of water at 166.4 F
40 min - Hold mash at 151.0 F for 40 min
2 min Sparge: Add 14.30 qt of water at 196.5 F
20 min - Hold mash at 168.0 F for 20 min

60 min 2.48 oz Chinook [13.00 %] (60 min) Hops
15 min 2.20 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (15 min) Hops
15 min 1.10 items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 min) Misc
then theres the dry hops also......
